We want you to wear and enjoy the artist’s merchandise. If you’re not absolutely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a store credit within 10 days of receipt. Almost every product ordered from House of Bands is produced just for you. Because they are custom made, returned goods cannot always be placed back in the store for resale. Due to the nature of our business, any returns will also be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
If you weren’t completely satisfied with your purchase and decide you want to return it for a store credit, the process is simple:
- Contact Customer Support to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and specific whether you want a replacement or a store credit.
- Write the RA number on the packing slip and print out and include the Return Authorization Packing Slip (RAPS) in your return package.

You will be notified when you goods are received in the Returns Department. It usually takes 15 days for your House of Bands account to be credited.
Item(s) must be returned in new condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork to ensure full store credit. Please note that shipping charges will not be refunded for returned merchandise. Shipping charges are only refundable if your return is a result of an error made by HouseofBands.com
Please Note: Due to the intimate nature and hygienic standards of certain items, we regret that it is not possible for us to accept returns on undergarment, boy shorts, and thongs.
Should a mistake arise, we kindly ask that you contact us within 10 days to coordinate an acceptable solution. Please include your order number and a detailed explanation of the problem.
CD Return Policy
CDs purchased from HouseofBands.com can be returned within 15 days of receipt of shipment via our Returns Department. CDs must be unopened and still in their plastic wrap. Due to the nature of our business, any returns will also be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Defective CDs will be exchanged for the same CD title.
